LAMSA Board Meeting Minutes
5/18/14

Meeting commenced at 5:45 pm.

1. Problems with Field 1 were discussed.
	-Lori met with landscapers about fixing the grass and the lip on Field 1.
	-It was motioned by Danny, and seconded by Doug, to go ahead with the work.
	-Motion passed 4-0.

2. Money owed
	-A few teams still owe money to the league. Coaches who owe will be contacted.
	-Alternate players who owe money will not be allowed to play until they pay. If they do then their team will forfeit any games they play in.

3. Alcohol at the park was discussed.
	-Anyone who drinks at the park will do so at their own risk.
	-There will be a sign put up by the city at the park entrance.
	-Police will be taking notice of anyone drinking, and there may be plain-clothed officers around.

4. The number of infielders in regards to the Coed Divisions was diuscussed.
	-Lori motioned that a coed teams must use 4 outfielders at all times, or 3 outfielders if only playing with 9 players.
	-The motion was seconded by Danny and passed 4-0.

5. The back side of the football scoreboard should be painted soon to prevent players from being blinded on Field 1 during bright days.
